Mr. Baker is an aerospace guidance, navigation, and control engineer, working for most of his career supporting the Air Force Research Laboratory. He currently supports the Space Control Branch’s Local Intelligent Networked Collaborative Systems (LINCS) laboratory. The LINCS Lab provides real-time, simulation and emulation of maneuvering spacecraft clusters using quadcopters as surrogate satellites. In the past, he has been involved in with several AFRL-based satellite projects providing GNC systems algorithm design and telemetry data analysis. He has also worked high energy laser weapons systems pointing and stabilization designs and testing, specifically focusing on the optical inertial reference unit component.
