To register for SMC-IT/SCC 2025, follow this link to go to the IEEE registration site for the conference. You can check the registration fees, cancellation policy, and early bird registration deadlines under the “Fees” tab on the registration page.

Hotels

The following hotels have kindly offered discounted group rates for SMC-IT/SCC attendees. Rooms booked at group rates have limited availability. Other local fees or state taxes may apply.

The cutoff date for booking hotel rooms at the group rate is June 27, 2025, unless rooms sell out earlier. We encourage you to make your reservation as soon as possible to ensure availability.
